Kelly Kolthoff

I started selling insurance 14 years ago, after a 23-year career in retail. I do believe my experience in the retail industry helped me to focus on the needs of clients. After starting my Insurance Agent career with a brokerage, I quickly learned the importance of how a client’s budget/premium must be used to transfer the greatest amount of risk to their Health plan. Feeling there was a better way to use a client’s budget to cover the greatest amount of risk, I started the Insurance Guy. The goal is not to just consume your budgeted dollars, but to make sure your insurance plan covers the greatest amount of life’s health risk you may have. Our goal is to gather your information, and work with you to make sure you are comfortable with both your premium and the benefits you receive so you are prepared for life’s health Insurance challenges. Kayden Kolthoff

I graduated from Buena Vista University in the beginning of 2024 with a degree in accounting, marketing, and management. My desire to help people led me down the road of getting my insurance license. As a result, I started to sell insurance in the beginning of 2024 with my dad. Today I strive to help customers find insurance that fits their needs both physically and financially.
